NOW HIRING

HEAD OF CONTENT
& BRAND AWARENESS

We’re seeking a senior, hospitality-experienced Social Media & Content Lead to own content creation, social strategy and execution, brand storytelling, and community-facing communication across four distinct but interconnected brands: LANEY & LU, GINGER FOX, PALETTE, and Altitude.

This role blends thoughtful planning, strong visual instincts, and reliable execution across social media and newsletters - supporting menu launches, brand collaborations, community engagement, and in-store energy. The goal is simple and business-driven: increase in-store traffic, catering and third-party sales, strengthen community connection and brand loyalty, and build lasting brand awareness.

This is not funnel marketing, overproduced content, or trend chasing. It’s clear, consistent, aligned communication that reflects what’s actually happening in our cafés, bakery, and community - translated into content that feels warm, relevant, and intentional.

The ideal candidate understands how cafés and bakeries truly operate and knows how to turn that rhythm into content that performs without being overworked. You will own the look, feel, and voice of our digital and select physical touchpoints, working closely with the founder to translate vision into compelling, consistent content that supports both brand awareness and revenue.

Hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
