EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR

As Executive Coordinator, you will provide administrative, technical, and customer support directly to Jen Wilder and the Altitude Companies brands. This role includes hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, event coordination at LANEY & LU, and supporting projects that span multiple business ventures.

Applicants must have proven experience in administrative support, event coordination, and/or entrepreneurial endeavors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

Manage CEO correspondence, calendars, scheduling, and project documentation.

Administrative Operations

Support email management, file organization, internal systems, and team communications.

Customer & Client Support

Provide clear, timely responses across Altitude brands, ensuring positive client and partner experiences.

Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing events hosted at Laney & Lu, including vendor coordination, logistics, and day-of support.

Catering Support

Field catering inquiries, coordinate with kitchen and house leaders, and facilitate catering operations including delivery.

Community, Partner & Client Outreach

Seek out and connect with leaders in the Seacoast area for potential non-profit, business, and community events, collaboration and opportunities.

Marketing & Content Support

Assist with brand communications and coordinate promotional initiatives.

Tech Admin

Upload assets, handle light troubleshooting, and manage operational tools.

Adaptable Support

Step into evolving projects and provide hands-on assistance aligned with company goals.

Availability

25 hours/week, M-F, with flexibility for evenings.

Eligibility

Must reside in the U.S & be local to the Portsmouth / New England Seacoast.
